Please note:
- Booth sharing: Vendors can share a booth space, but it is not encouraged. If vendors do choose to split a booth, they will still only receive two (2) badges, one (1) 6ft table, and two (2) chairs for the booth space. If an issue arises during the convention, Lore Con retains the right to ask both vendors to leave and a refund will not be issued.
- Approval: Once you’ve submitted payment with your application, you are approved to be a vendor unless you receive a refund and rejection email.
- Refunds: No refunds if a vendor must pull out for any reason.
- No AI art: AI-generated art is not accepted in the vendor hall.
